Booking

KIKONKO PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost is required within 48 hours of confirmation in order to secure the booking.

The balance of the full payment must be made 45 days prior to arrival either via bank transfer, visa card (PESAPAL), mobile money or cash payment at the lodge.

Bank fees / charges are strictly to the payer’s account.

Cancellation / “no show”:

• > 30 days notice given, 100% will be refunded
• 29 to 15 days notice given, 50% will be refunded
• 14 to 8 days notice given, 20% will be refunded
• 7 days or less to arrival no refund will be given
